The Star Counselor offers comprehensive training to new and returning summer camp staff. Star Counselors will be ready to help campers have a fun, safe summer and be a valuable member of the camp team.
Training Topics Focus On:
LEADERSHIP
conflict resolution, team building, leading with confidence.

first aid, emergency procedures, how to keep campers safe.

About the Trainers
The Star Counselor has been developed by two Camp Directors who share a deep love of all things Camp. Jamie Gale and Weslie Cymerman both grew up spending their summers at all kinds of day and overnight camps, spent their young adult years as camp counselors and now have developed and each operate their own thriving summer day camps in the Madison, Wisconsin-area.
